SPEAK UP CONFIDENTIALLY

We encourage employees, contractors, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to report suspected misconduct or wrongdoing.

You may submit your report anonymously and reports will be handled as confidentially as reasonably possible, and information will be shared only with persons who need it for assessment, investigation, legal or regulatory purposes, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern in good faith is prohibited.

You do not need to prove that misconduct has occurred before making a report.

Please provide information that you reasonably believe to be accurate and made in good faith. Deliberately false, misleading or malicious reports may be disregarded following appropriate review.

Please describe what happened in your own words. Include as much information as you reasonably can, such as what occurred, who was involved, when and where it happened, and how you became aware of it. You do not need to know all the facts before making a report.
Information submitted through this whistleblowing system will be used to receive, assess, investigate and manage reports of suspected misconduct and to meet applicable legal, regulatory, governance and compliance obligations.

Access to whistleblowing information is restricted to authorised persons who require it for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities or other persons where reasonably necessary or required by law.

We take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of information submitted through this system. Records will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for investigation, legal, regulatory, compliance and record-keeping purposes and will then be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Further information about how personal data is handled and your applicable data-protection rights is available in our Privacy Notice.
